Cart Catalog Instructions
We offer a create account and a login screen which will remember your name,
account login and password. At first, all can have access to our Retail
site. If you are in business or a professional we can establish wholesale
access and give you an account number.

All of our products are listed by selecting Full Catalog at the top of the Green top menu bar
or by select Category using the Sidebar category list, the sidebar stay in view as
you scroll products to the right.

Retail vs. Wholesale access
When you create an account and sign or login you will have access
to the Retail Catalog. This access enables public to access to our plants,
fish and products. If you are a business or professional let us know and we can enable
access to our Wholesale Catalog product list and volume pricing.
All of our products are listed by selecting Full Catalog at the top
of the Green top menu bar or by select Category using the Sidebar category menu.
The sidebar stay in view as you scroll products to the right.

How to create an Account
On the top menu to the right side you will see an option to create an account.
Of note, your user ID must be different than other clients who have previously registered.
A password must be a minimum of 6 characters and include at least 1 uppercase letter and 2 numbers.
How to Login
On the top menu to the right side you will see an option to Login.
You will need the user ID you created and the password which had to
be a minimum of 6 characters and include at least 1 uppercase letter and 2 numbers.
If you forget your password we are unable to retrieve it due to protections that obfuscate it from hacking.
However, we can reset the account for you to make a new one please just email or contact us by phone.
Availability List
We constantly update our Fish and Plant availability list.
This list details the products that are available for immediate shipping as well as items
that are prime for ordering (for resale and planting). We can take advance orders.

Add to Cart Updating the Quantity Price Changes
You must login to add to the cart.
On each product card (shown right) you will see a quantity text box. When you select
a SKU or product and enter a quantity you can then Add to Cart. The selection is stored in a database table
and is available to be reviewed until you order the product or delete the item from your cart.
If you wish to update a product Quantity just enter the new quantity and click Add to Cart
your old value will be updated to the new value automatically.
We honor orders and prices made in a timely fashion.
Your Cart however, is not automatically purged after time.
the SKU and quantity you selected will remain in Cart database,
however depending market forces the price of a product
could go up or down. If you login and notice a price change this is what could have occured.
In general, we only update prices at the beginning of every season.

Shipping Costs
We do not calculate shipping online. We do not accept credit cards online at this time either.
When you place an order, we both receive a copy. We will call you to go over the order details,
as well as shippping, delivery or pickup options.
Our model is that when an order is placed we will call within 24 hours of the next business day,
where we will confirm availabilty and when a product will ship.

How to Search
Currently, the Search feature is not enabled but will be in a future cart version.
Plants naming convention use a system of Latin names to identify their genus and species. We are using other methods to assist in a search.
By using the Cart's Sidebar categories, plant names and product searches can be reduced to several clicks.

When your order is placed we both receive a copy. We will then call you to go over the order details,
as well as shippping, delivery or pickup options and of course go over payment details.
We accept Credit cards and other forms of payment and will be glad to go over those options when we speak.

Because our most of our products are live, seasonal, and in various growth stages,
we have an availability chart that details product that is ready to ship or plant.

Placing an Order
Since most of our product have an availability (seasonal, peak blooming etc.),
placing an order does not require a credit card or wiring money online.
When you place an order we will contact you the same or following business
day to confirm the details, the availability and when the product will ship or
allow you to pick-up the product timely.

Below is a cart ready for check-out or ordering by selecting ORDER ALL NOW.
This cart is accessed by selecting one of the two grocery cart
either on the sidebar a our logo or the top menu by your Login name.
When the order is processed, a confirmation page will appear and a PDF is generated.
Order Confirmed.
A PDF comfirmation of the order will be saved for you to download or where browser normally saves downloaded items.
We also received a copy of the order as well.

Fish All fish are shipped next day delivery for $55 per order.
The minimum fish order is 10 per fish variety. Maximum fish order is 50.
This could be 10 each of up to 5 different fish varieties or any combination
thereof as long as 10 or more are ordered per variety.
Call Dick Schuck 410 692 4171 if you want to order different fish than are
shown or you have questions regarding fish care or problems.
He will return your call within 24 hours.

Plants are sold in the following ways.
4” dia. pot with potting soil. LW can be shipped UPS.
6” dia. pot with coir wrap and potting soil. Marginal or shallow water POD can be shipped UPS.
same as the marginal pod (MP) but with water lily. Lily POD can be shipped UPS.
Potted plants are planted in nursery stock pots with garden soild ready for sale. Potted plants cannot be safely shipped UPS and must be picked up at nursery or delivered by truck or van.
